Our custom ticketing system handled an average of 500 attendees per event, with peak events reaching up to 1,000 participants. The system’s efficiency resulted in 0.03% technical issues during check-ins and a 99.8% customer satisfaction rate for the ticketing process.

The custom e-commerce platform maintained a consistent conversion rate of 3.2%, significantly above the industry average. Our average response time for customer inquiries was under 2 hours, and we successfully resolved 95% of all customer issues within 24 hours. This high level of service contributed significantly to customer retention and positive word-of-mouth marketing.

We negotiated and executed 15 high-value partnerships, resulting in an additional €150,000 in sponsorship revenue.
