1. About the Creator and the Business

Well, after spending 8 years in the e-commerce world, trying, failing, and succeeding, I saw a huge gap in how businesses were being managed, especially with agencies. Most agencies take on too much without fully understanding or caring a business’s unique needs.

That’s when I realized—why not offer an all-encompassing service where I personally take the reins and get my hands dirty? And that’s how DropContractor was born.

I work with e-commerce businesses of all shapes and sizes. Whether you’re a tiny startup looking to find your footing, or a headless commerce operation that needs a solid strategy to scale, I’ve got you.

If you’re passionate about your business and ready to make things happen, we’ll get along just fine.

Good question.

I’ve been around long enough to know that trust is earned. I’ve had businesses, sold them, worked on some that tanked, and some that soared. I understand the full cycle of what an e-commerce business goes through.

The difference here is, I treat your business like it’s mine. Every decision I make is with the intention of helping you grow. So, while trust takes time, I’ll show you I’m worth it through my work.

Absolutely.

I’m not running a big agency with layers of staff. It’s me behind every email, every strategy session, and every move made for your business. That’s how I guarantee quality and consistency. When you hire DropContractor, you get me, no middlemen, no delegation, no outsourcing!!

2. About the Services

Always.

No two businesses are the same, and what works for one might not work for another. That’s why I tailor my services based on your specific needs. You tell me what you need, and we create a custom plan. Whether it’s setting up your store, managing your marketing, or handling customer loyalty—it’s all built around you.

It’s a blend of tried-and-true methods and some fresh, out-of-the-box ideas. I’m big on data-driven decisions, but I also like to throw in creative, unique strategies that make your brand stand out.

If it’s CRM, email campaigns, social media, or influencer marketing, I’ll figure out what works best for your niche.

Hands-on to the max. When I say I’ll manage your business, I mean it. From the day we sign that contract, I’m in your corner, strategizing, executing, and making adjustments along the way. I don’t sit on the sidelines—I’m there every step, making sure we’re moving toward success.

It’s exactly what it sounds like—360-degree coverage. We start with the foundation: building or optimizing your e-commerce store. Then, we dive into management, sales strategies, marketing campaigns, customer retention & SEO (ON PAGE / OFF PAGE). It’s a comprehensive service that covers every aspect of running and growing a successful e-commerce business.

Think of it like hiring your own personal e-commerce manager who handles everything.

3. About the Payments

I offer flexible payment plans depending on the project size and duration. We can break things down into manageable payments so you can keep things moving smoothly without stressing over a lump sum.

I keep it simple. For most projects, it’s a monthly invoicing cycle. If we’re doing something more short-term, like a one-off service, I’ll send the invoice after the work’s done.

Larger projects or retainers will be broken into agreed phases, and invoicing will follow that same structure.

I don’t work on an hourly basis. Why? Because I believe in delivering value, not just watching the clock. For most services, I offer flat-rate pricing based on the scope of work.

This way, you know exactly what you’re paying for and there are no surprises.

No worries, we’ll just adjust the scope of work and pricing accordingly. I’m all about transparency.

If you need additional services beyond what we initially agreed on, we’ll have a clear conversation about what it’ll cost before moving forward.

4. Disputes and Legal

I take pride in my work and stand behind it. If you’re genuinely not satisfied, we’ll have a conversation about what went wrong and how I can make it right.

I don’t do “blanket refunds,” but I do believe in fairness. If I’ve failed to meet our agreed standards, we’ll find a solution, whether that’s a revision or a partial / full refund (depending on the agreement & terms).

When you work with DropContractor, you’re signing a contract directly with my agency Company: WORLDOFWOMEN LTD, based the UK. There’s No middlemen, no agencies in the shadows—just me. I’m fully accountable for every piece of work, every decision, and every result.

I like to keep things straightforward, and legal disputes are rare when communication is clear. That said, any contract we sign will include clauses to protect both of us.

If it does come to a dispute, we’ll follow the procedures outlined in the contract, which typically involve mediation first.

Absolutely not. I treat your business as if it’s my own. Any data, intellectual property, or proprietary information you share is kept confidential and protected.

My goal is to help your business grow, not to jeopardize it. Everything is done with integrity and with your success in mind.

5. Working Process

It’s all about getting to the root of the issue. I don’t throw band-aid solutions at problems. First, I assess the situation from all angles—what’s working, what’s not, and why. Once I’ve got a clear picture, I come up with a targeted plan.

Whether it’s fixing a technical issue on your website, streamlining operations, or revamping your marketing, I’m all in on solving it at the core.

You can be as involved or as hands-off as you want. Some clients prefer to stay updated on every little detail, while others want to hand over the reins and let me do my thing. Either way, I’ll keep you informed on the major milestones and progress.

But if you want to focus on other parts of your business and let me handle the grind, that works too.

Yes, I’m big on efficiency. I use tools like Trello, Slack, and Asana to manage tasks and communication, but I’m also flexible to use whatever you’re comfortable with. These tools keep everything organized, deadlines clear, and communication smooth, so there’s no guessing where we’re at in the process.

It happens—things change, the market shifts, or new challenges pop up. When that happens, I don’t panic. I pivot (i’ve experienced these types of mishaps so many times in my professional life, nothing fazes me anymore).

We’ll reassess the situation together, adjust the plan, and keep moving forward. I’ve been in this game long enough to know that flexibility is key to long-term success.

6. Communication and Availability

You’ll hear from me regularly. I’m not one of those people who disappear after the contract’s signed. Whether we check in daily, weekly, or as needed depends on your preference.

I like to send updates when there’s something important to share or if I need input, but I’m also here if you have questions or need a quick chat.

I aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours during weekdays. I understand that urgent things come up, and I do my best to be as available as possible. If I can’t respond immediately, I’ll let you know when I’ll be back in touch.

Communication is a two-way street, and I make sure it stays open and clear.

I’m all about remote work. That’s the beauty of today’s world—we can do everything efficiently online. But if you’re local or in the same region, and it makes sense for us to meet in person, we can definitely set that up.

Most of my clients are happy with Zoom calls, email, phone calls and messages—it gets the job done without unnecessary travel.

Straightforwardly.

If you have concerns, bring them up—I’d rather address them head-on than let them fester. I’m big on communication, and feedback is a part of that. No matter if it’s a minor tweak or a bigger issue, we’ll talk it through and figure out the best way forward. The goal is to make sure we’re aligned every step of the way.

7. Results and Performance

The honest answer is—it depends. Some things, like optimizing your store or tweaking your sales funnel, can show results pretty fast, while other things like SEO or building long-term customer loyalty take time. My goal is to build sustainable growth, not quick, short-lived wins. You’ll see progress along the way, but real results come with consistency and effort.

Success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about growth in the right areas. Sure, sales and conversions are important, but I also look at things like customer retention, brand engagement, and overall market position.

We’ll set key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with your goals, and I’ll track progress against those. Ultimately, success means your business is growing in a healthy and scalable way.

We adapt. Not everything is going to be a home run right out of the gate—that’s just the reality of business. But when something doesn’t hit the mark, I don’t just shrug it off. I dig in, figure out what went wrong, and adjust the strategy. We learn, we tweak, and we move forward. It’s all part of the process.

That’s the whole point. I don’t just want to fix things for the short term. My focus is on building solid foundations and systems that allow your business to scale in the future.

Whether it’s optimizing your operations or setting up effective marketing strategies, the goal is to make sure your business can grow without falling apart when it gets bigger.
